Tropical mango banana smoothie

Instructions:

  • Juice the lime. 

2. Blending the smoothie: 

  • In a blender, combine the chopped mango, sliced banana, coconut milk, lime juice, and plain Greek yogurt. 
  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness. 
  • Optional: Add a handful of ice cubes for a colder smoothie. 
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. 

3. Adjusting the consistency: 

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency. 
  • If the smoothie is too thin, add additional mango or banana to thicken it up.

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses.
