Tagliatelle with broccoli sauce

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4,5 oz tagliatelle
  • 10,5 oz broccoli
  • 7 fl oz cream
  • Half a bouillon cube
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4,5 oz mushrooms
  • Small handful of walnuts
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Some Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook them until tender. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Finely chop the garlic and add it to a heated pan with olive oil. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. When the pasta is done, add it to the pan as well.

The broccoli should be cooked by now, so drain it. Return the broccoli to the pan and add the cream and bouillon. Blend until you have a creamy sauce. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and chili powder to taste.

Combine the sauce with the pasta and mushrooms, stirring well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Take a small handful of walnuts and roughly chop them. Add the chopped walnuts to the plates along with Parmesan cheese. Now you can serve and enjoy.
