Ingredients
- 5 oz whole wheat flour
- 3 (large) ripe bananas
- 2 handfuls of unsalted nuts
- 3 tbsp flaxseed
- Splash of plant-based milk, your choice
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (chocolate is also delicious)
- Half packet of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Peel the bananas and break them into pieces, mash them with a fork. Place the flaxseed in a small bowl and add enough water to cover them. Let it sit until the water is absorbed, and it looks like gel. Chop the nuts and add them to the mashed bananas. Now, add whole wheat flour, flaxseed, plant-based milk, cinnamon, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix the batter until smooth and pour it into the baking pan. Bake the bread for 45 minutes.
