Pesto tomato mozzarella baguette 

This simple yet flavorful creation combines crusty baguette slices with creamy mozzarella cheese, juicy tomatoes, and aromatic pesto, creating a taste sensation that’s perfect for a light lunch or appetizer. Ingredients: 

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds 
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced 
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade pesto 
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional) 
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish 

Instructions: 

1. Preparing the baguette slices: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  • Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

2. Assembling the baguette rounds:
