Honey balsamic glazed salmon 

Experience a delightful combination of sweet and tangy flavors with this Honey Balsamic Glazed Salmon recipe. Succulent salmon fillets are glazed with a sticky honey balsamic sauce, creating a mouthwatering dish that’s perfect for a special dinner. 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. 
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. 
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down. Sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 
  • In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. 
  • Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the salmon fillets in the skillet. 
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 
  • While the salmon is baking, baste it with the glaze from the skillet a couple of times during the cooking process. 
  • Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes. 
  • Serve the Honey Balsamic Glazed Salmon hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
