Hamburger with egg and bacon
Ingredients
- Hamburger buns
- 10oz ground beef
- 2 eggs
- Bacon slices
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 onion
- ½ cup of panko
- Lettuce
- Dash of soy sauce
- 2 tsp sambal
- Ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Mix the ground beef with soy sauce, sambal, one-third of the onion (finely chopped), and panko. Knead the mixture well and form 2 hamburger patties. Slice the remaining onion into rings and fry them together with the bacon. Cut the hamburger buns in half and layer the bottom halves with some lettuce, a portion of bacon, and onion rings.
Grill the burgers until cooked, turning them regularly. In the last minute, place the cheese slices on the burgers to let them melt. Place the burgers on the buns and add a dollop of ketchup and any leftover bacon. Fry the eggs and place them on top of the burgers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the top halves of the buns on the burgers, and now you can enjoy a delicious hamburger!
