Fresh Oatmeal 

Start your day with a vibrant and nutritious bowl of fresh oatmeal, featuring a delightful mix of tropical fruits, nuts, and chia seeds. This wholesome breakfast is bursting with flavors and textures, offering a refreshing and energizing way to kick off your morning.  

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 OZ. oats  
  • 0.20 FL. water  
  • 1 passion fruit  
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • ½ kiwi  
  • strawberries, sliced
  • blueberries  
  • 1/2 oz almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey  
  • 1 tsp lemon juice  
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

Preparation

  1. Pour boiling water over the oats and grated coconut, and let it soak until the mixture softens.
  2. Slice the strawberries and kiwi, and chop the almonds.
  3. Stir the lemon juice and half of the passion fruit pulp into the oats.
  4. Top the oatmeal with the sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped almonds, sliced kiwi, honey, and chia seeds.
  5. Enjoy your fresh oatmeal!
