Cream cheese balls with Spanish ham
Ingredients
- 9oz cream cheese
- 2oz Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 2oz grated almonds
- 5oz serrano ham
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into small balls with a diameter of about 1 inch. Roll the balls in the grated almonds. Place a slice of Serrano ham on a toothpick and insert the toothpick into the cream cheese ball.
