Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients
- 9 OZ. Oat flour
- 17 FL. Milk
- 1.5 OZ. Cocoa
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
Topping
- 3 tbsp Nutella Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Water
Preparation
Mix the oat flour, milk, eggs, and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl until the lumps are gone. Sift the cocoa into the mixture and stir it in. Heat a pan with oil and use a ladle to pour the batter into the pan until there is a thin layer. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes until they are golden brown. Place them on a plate and cook the remaining batter. For the topping, mix water with Nutella, stir well, and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave. Spread the Nutella mixture over the pancakes and top with blueberries. Enjoy your meal!
