Cheese fondue with an extra touch  

Elevate your dining experience with this exquisite cheese fondue, featuring a luxurious blend of Emmental, Gruyère, and Taleggio cheeses. Enhanced with a hint of truffle tapenade, this fondue promises a rich, creamy delight perfect for dipping your favorite breads and vegetables.  

Ingredients for 4 people: 

  • 10.5 OZ. Emmental cheese 
  • 10.5 OZ. Gruyère cheese 
  • 5 OZ.Taleggio cheese 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 8.5 FL. wine 
  • 1 tbsp truffle tapenade 
  • Assorted items for dipping in the fondue 

Instructions: 

  • Remove the crusts from the cheese and grate them coarsely, or you may also cut them into pieces. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic. 
  • Pour the wine into the pot and heat it over medium-high heat. Note: This is not for pouring yourself a glass, but for the fondue. 
  • Add all the cheeses to the pot and let them melt while stirring. In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with water, then add it to the cheese fondue. Keep stirring until you achieve a smooth mixture. Once smooth, add the truffle tapenade. 
  • Meanwhile, prepare the baguette, slice the vegetables, and prepare other items you want to dip into the fondue. 
  • Set everything on the table and enjoy!
