Ingredients for 8 pieces:
- 5.29 oz all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt 0.07 oz yeast
- 3.04 fl. oz water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Some extra sea salt for topping
- A bowl of tzatziki
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C). Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients except the extra sea salt. Mix them together until you have a well-formed dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise for 1 hour. The dough should double in size after an hour.
Once the dough is ready, divide it into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a breadstick shape. Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Place the breadsticks on the baking sheet and let them rest for 15 minutes, ensuring they are covered.
After 15 minutes, sprinkle some extra sea salt over the breadsticks. Bake them in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Once they are done, let them cool slightly. Serve the breadsticks with a bowl of tzatziki for dipping. Enjoy!
