A banana breakfast trifle 

Ingredients for 2 servings 

  • 9 fl oz quark 
  • 3,5 oz granola of your choice 
  • 2 bananas 
  • Pinch of cinnamon, or more if you like cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp honey 

Preparation

Mash 1 banana and mix it with the quark, cinnamon, and honey. Then, slice the other banana. Take 2 glasses and start with a layer of granola. Then add a layer of quark, a few banana slices, and repeat the layers. Once one glass is filled, do the same for the second glass. 

To complete this breakfast trifle, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
