Type 2
The majority of participants in the study fall into this type. These individuals have a moderate sensitivity to stress and are highly responsive to rewards.
Type 3
People of this type are not particularly sensitive to stress and tend to have a relatively flat emotional profile.
Type 4
This type represents the best sleepers among all the types. They are not easily stressed but can become quite intense when something important is happening.
Type 5
These individuals are not significantly affected by significant events. Moreover, they experience minimal stress. However, they still struggle with insomnia, even when nothing significant is happening.
