Pancakes with kiwi and chocolate

Ingredients for 7 pancakes: 

– 115 grams of flour (about 4 oz)   

– 8 grams of baking powder (about 0.3 oz)   

– Half a teaspoon of baking soda   

– Half a teaspoon of sugar   

– Pinch of salt   

– 1 egg   

– 15 grams of melted unsalted butter (about 0.5 oz)   

– 150 ml of milk (about 5 fl oz)   

– 2 kiwis   

– 50 grams of chocolate (about 1.75 oz)   

Preparation: 

1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the kiwi and chocolate) and mix thoroughly until you have a smooth batter. 

2. Heat some melted butter in a pan. Pour in some batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip it over. 

3. Continue this process until all the batter is used up. In the meantime, grate the chocolate into flakes. 

4. Stack the pancakes, slice the kiwis, and top the pancakes with kiwi slices and chocolate flakes.
