I have sore muscles, what should I do?
It is not dangerous to have sore muscles, but it can be painful. Make sure you do a warming up and cooling down every time you work out. Also make sure you give your muscles enough time to heal. Try to rest and hydrate. If you think you have an injury always call your doctor.
