Baked chicken with mushrooms in creamy sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 21 oz chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 9 oz mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- 8,5 fl oz heavy cream
- 5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit and take a large bowl. Place the chicken in it and season with some pepper and salt. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and let it marinate for a while.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and finely chop the garlic. Heat some oil in a hot pan and add the chicken. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside on a plate.
Add the mushrooms and garlic to the pan and sauté them until they start to soften. Then, add the cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley to the pan and stir well. Transfer the chicken to an oven dish and pour the cream sauce over it. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
